THE DOJO UTILIZES A RESULTS-ORIENTED NON-LINEAR APPROACH THAT EMPOWERS AND EMPLOYS YOUNG MUSICIANS ON A MISSION TO TRANSFORM THE INDUSTRY INTO A PLACE OF ABUNDANCE.
